Ricotta cheese cream
Ingredients to prepare about 30 cannoli:
- 1 kg of fresh ricotta cheese
- 300 g of sugar
- Dark chocolate flakes
- A pinch of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon and candied fruit to taste
Sift through the ricotta cheese, to combine sugar and mix gently, add to the mix the remaining ingredients. Stuff the cialde with the cream and decorate with candied fruit. Immediately before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
