Minimum order
There is no minimum amount for orders, however for amounts over € 59.00 shipping costs are free.
Delivery time
Shipments are processed to be delivered within 5/6 working days from the time the order is received.
NOTICE: At this time there may be slight delays in the estimated delivery times.
Shipping fees
For orders over €59.00, shipping costs are free, regardless of the weight and destination of the package.
For orders under €59.00, shipping costs €9.99.
Order tracking
Immediately after the order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail from the courier, with a link that will allow you to track your order.
Method of payment
You can pay in complete safe by: Credit Card or PayPal
For payments by credit card, we use the PayPal circuit to guarantee safe and reliable purchases. No credit card information is stored on our servers.
The accepted credit cards belong to the Visa, Mastercard and American Express circuits.
You can choose the PayPal secure circuit by accessing your personal account.
Invoice for VAT holders
If you have a VAT number, you can request an invoice at the time of purchase by simply entering your VAT number and company name or tax code in the appropriate fields.
If the shipping address does not match the billing address, select the “Ship to a different address?” option at the bottom of the form. At this point you can enter all the necessary information for the delivery address.
