What are the delivery costs?

Shipping costs are free for orders over €59. If your order is for a smaller amount, the shipping cost is €9.99.

What are the delivery times? How can I check the order status?

NOTICE: There may be slight delays in delivery times at this time.

Orders are processed and prepared weekly to leave the company every Monday and Tuesday, and be delivered within 3/4 working days. Orders received by Monday at 12:00 will be processed to arrive at their destination by Friday of the same week. Immediately after the order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the order status.

How do I have to do to receive my package within this week?

To receive the order by Friday of the current week, you must place it no later than 12:00 on Monday. All orders received after this deadline will be processed the following week.

Can I choose the delivery time?

For now it is not possible to choose the delivery time but don’t worry if you are not at home at the time of delivery you will be contacted by the courier who will make a second attempt the following day.

In which countries do you ship to?

We deliver throughout Italy, including the islands.

May I request an invoice?

To request an invoice, simply fill in the appropriate tax data fields for billing purposes on the final purchase page. If the shipping address does not match the billing address, select the item “Ship to a different address?”, which is located at the end of the purchase form. At this point you can enter all the information necessary for the delivery address.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped by contacting us at and indicating the order number. If the order status is already “Shipped” it will no longer be possible to cancel it.

What are the payment methods? Can I pay cash on delivery?

You can safely PAY via: Cash on Delivery, Credit Card and PayPal. For payments by credit card, we use the PayPal circuit to guarantee safe and reliable purchases. No credit card information is stored on our servers. The accepted credit cards belong to the Visa, Mastercard and American Express circuits. You can choose the PayPal secure circuit by accessing your personal account.
